Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the Canva apps made by GoodAng (“we”, “us”): Seamless Pattern and Kalender (each “the app”). By using an app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The apps
Both apps run inside the Canva editor. Seamless Pattern creates pattern images from math formulas and adds them to your design as a page background or as an image. Kalender adds Indonesian calendars to your design as editable text and shapes. Your use of Canva itself is covered by Canva’s Terms of Use.
2. What you can do with the patterns
You may use the patterns you create with the app in your Canva designs, for personal and commercial projects. For example: social media posts, presentations, packaging, printed products, and client work.
You may not:
- sell, license, or give away the pattern images on their own, outside of a design;
- offer them as part of a pattern, texture, or background collection, for example on stock or download websites;
- claim that you created the pattern designs themselves, or register them as a trademark.
3. Calendars and their dates
You may use the calendars you make with Kalender in any design, including calendars you print and sell.
Public holidays and collective leave follow the Indonesian government decree for that year, and Hijri dates follow the calendar of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The government can change these dates, and the start of Ramadan, Syawal and Zulhijah is only fixed by the official sighting (sidang isbat). Please check the dates before you print or publish a calendar; every date can be edited in Canva. We are not responsible for losses caused by a date that changed or was wrong.
4. Paid features
We may offer some features for a fee in the future. Prices and payment are shown in Canva before you pay, and payments are handled by Canva under its own terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Canva’s rules.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GoodAng is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or business, that comes from using or not being able to use the app.
8. Changes
We may update the app or these terms. When we change the terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the app at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
